Hi! Welcome to The Recipe Analyst! Or maybe I should say “Hi, I’m The Recipe Analyst.”However it should be said, I’m glad you’re here. If you’re anything like me, you enjoy cooking and want to eat good food 100% of the time. No-one know’s everything, so recipes are a great way to learn how to make new things and make them relatively well the first time. Unfortunately, not every recipe is as straight forward or detailed as we would like. On top of that, not every recipe yields a tasty result. That’s why I’m here. To test the recipe for you and give you a detailed rundown of how it went. I’ll give you tips and tricks that I know, as well as a heads up for any difficulties you may encounter if you decide to follow one of the recipes I review. Of course, at the end of it all, I’ll let you know how everything came out. No one likes to spend money on ingredients and feel like they went to waste because of the recipe they followed and I hope that my reviews can help you avoid those situations.
